Description
This color postcard features a group of men on top of a load of timbers on a bridge or pier on the gulf. Ships are in view and buildings are behind the pier. A small boat and other debris is in the water. The title in the upper left reads "Unloading Heavy Timbers in Burns' Boom, Gulfport, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information, as well as, correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement.
