Description

This postcard features a black and white image of six chefs in the kitchen at Angelo's place, a restaurant in Gulfport, Mississippi. A long butcher block counter is in the center of the kitchen and five of the chefs are standing behind it while the chef in front holds a plate of food with a ladle poised over it. The other chef or kitchen worker is standing in the left side of the kitchen in front of row of cabinets with the phrase "Cleanliness is our Motto" painted on it. All of the counter tops have plates, dishes of food, pans of lobster, bowls, and other kitchen tools and vessels on them. A pot rack above the center counter displays various styles of pots and pans. The title of the card is printed in the bottom left of the image. Text advertising to "Dine at Angelo's Place" is printed in the upper left of the card, describing the food and atmosphere of the restaurant.
