The building is a two story structure built on pillars over the water and include a wrap-around porch, a second story balcony, and roof top balcony. A deck surrounds the building at the waterline and the deck, porch, and balconies are crowded with people. Several different flags fly front ropes secured to the roof and a pole on the building. A sailboat is on the water to the right of the building. The title of the card is printed along the top edge of the card. The back of the card includes a paragraph on the history of yachting in Biloxi printed in the upper left corner. "Mrs. J. M. Swenzy, Biloxi, Mississippi 5/21/43" is written in pencil on the left half of the card.
