This black and white photograph features a photograph of three male soldiers in uniform standing beside a large sign that reads "Welcome Mississippi Bankers" . Two women are seen in the lower right corner. The hotel they are standing in front of is identified as "Buena Vista Hotel" in Biloxi, Mississippi via handwritten note along the bottom edge of the photograph and "May 1942" is handwritten along the upper edge of the photo. Two cars are seen to the right behind the solders and threes and shrubs line the front of the hotel.
