Description
This black and white framed postcard features an ornate pier house out on the water with other piers, sailboats, and canoes nearby. Buildings are depicted on the coastline to the left. The pier house is two stories tall and features a cupola that faces the coastline. The frame bears a plaque that reads "Biloxi Yacht Club." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address placement. The logo for the publisher is in the lower left corner and is partially obscured by the inscription. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Biloxi, Mississippi, July 23, 1909. The card is inscribed on the left and is addressed to Miss Ethel Reid in Palmetto, Georgia.

G 19; 1909; July 22-09 We have spent a most delightful ten days over here bathing, sailing, crabbing, [?], etc. etc. We leave for home tomorrow. Do write to me. Lots of love, Mabel
