Description

This black and white postcard features a two story building with four columns across the front entrance and ornate moldings on the front gable. "First National Bank" is lettered on the facadejust beneath the front gable and is also in the center bottom edge of the image. "Greenville, Miss." is in the white space on the right edge of the card and "30. W. OY" is hand written beneath. A transcription is written in German along the white edge of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence and address placement. A red two cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked New Orleans, Louisiana, November 2, 1907. The card is inscribed in German and is addressed to Virty Wagner in Berlin, Germany.
