Description
This color postcard features a street with buildings on either side, horse drawn buggies and people walking the sidewalks. The title along the top identifies the area as "Meridian, Miss., 5th St., looking East." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for communication and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed sideways in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Meridian, Mississippi, May 9, 1909. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Varsity Club in Youngstown, Ohio.
