Description
This postcard features a color illustration of the Noxubee County Courthouse and the Confederate monument in Macon, Mississippi. The courthouse is depicted as a dark brick structure with a turret corner on the right and a domed clock tower in the center of the red shingled roof. Leafy green trees on the left end of the building partially obscure it and a Confederate soldier's monument stands facing away from the building on the right with trees depicted behind it. The title of the card is printed in the upper left corner of the image. The publisher's name is printed in the lower left corner. The inscription "My Dear Louise Greetings with Lots of Good Wishes From your Husband Frank Macon Miss. 2/27/14" [sic] is written across the back of the postcard.
