Description
This postcard features a black and white image of the Pachuta Lumber Company's Yard in Pachuta, Mississippi. Sheds, lumber shelters and piles of tree logs and lumber are throughout the yard. A tree is pictures on the left and several trees are pictured in the distance behind the lumber yard. "Pachuta Lbr Co's Yard Pachuta, Miss." is written very small over the pile of lumber on the right end of the card. The back of the card is addressed to Ms. Louise Dawson in Birmingham, Alabama. The card is postmarked Pachuta, Miss., May 18, 1910 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed crookedly in the upper right corner. An inscription is written on the left half of the card. [see transcription field]
