This color postcard features a three story reddish brown brick building with six columns along the front entrance, dental molding along and railing detail along the porch roof line. The front elevation is peaked in the center. People are seen walking in front of the front steps of the building. The title in the upper left identifies the building as "Music Hall at I. I. and C. Columbus, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Columbus, Mississippi, October 1, 1907. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Miss Jessie Johnson in Clinton, Mississippi.
Dear Miss Jessie, I was most disappointed to miss you all the way around. But you are coming to see me sometime during the year aren't you? I think Columbus is great and my work is so pleasant. Love from A.W.A.
