Description

This postcard features a sepia toned photograph of a multilevel house surrounded by trees. The windows of the house have decorative lattice and there is a left entrance and a front entrance, both with a short set of steps leading the landing or porch. The back of the postcard is addressed to Mrs. George J. Moery in North Haven, Connecticut. The card is postmarked Columbus, Miss., February 23, 1909 and a green, once cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner of the card. An inscription is written on the left half of the card. [see transcription field]

Transcription

My cousins house where the five little [?] live. I trust this 23rd of February finds you much improved in health and body. How I wish it was in my power to be of some use to your dear self. Love as [?] E. B.
