Description

This color image depicts a large live oak tree with a white platform built around it. A white fence leads up to the tree and platform. Others trees and bushes are behind the live oak. A sidewalk runs in front of it. The back of the card identifies the image as "Sturdy Oak Tree, East Beach Biloxi, Miss. This is a typical evergreen Oak, so plentiful about the Biloxi peninsula. These majestic trees grow to the water's edge, many being over 200 years old.
