Description

This postcard features a black and white image of Main Street in Aberdeen, Mississippi as seen from above. Commercial buildings line each side of the street and horse drawn carriages are seen on the street. A gazebo is seen in the middle section of the road and trees line the left side of the street near the sidewalk. "Main St. Aberdeen Miss" is written in the lower center of the image and an illegible name is written in the upper left of the image. The back of the card is addressed to Miss L. Hall in Portland, Oregon. the card is postmarked Aberdeen, Miss., May 2, 1906 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right of the card.
