This postcard features a color illustration of a federal building in Oxford, Mississippi, a two story building with arched molding above the second story window on the left, a large arched window on second story on the right, an arched entrance, dental molding across the front, and a flag flying from the roof. Horse drawn wagons loaded with bales of cotton are on the street in front of the building. The title of the card is printed in red in the upper left of the image. The back of the card is addressed to Miss Esther Monegan in Peninsula Ohio. The card is postmarked University, Mississippi, June 26, 1910 and a green, one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner. An inscription is written on the left half of the card.
