Description
This color postcard features two buildings. The Administration Building on the left side of the card is a two story red building with white trim and white columns at the entrances. A domed rotunda is in the center of the building. Hattiesburg Hall is a three story red brick building on the right of the card. Trees and shrubs are seen in front of and around the buildings and the names of the buildings are typed near each building. The title along the top of the card reads "Mississippi Southern College, Hattiesburg, Miss." The back of the postcard identfies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement. The box indicated for postage is marked through and the word "free" is written inside. The card is postmarked for Camp Shelby, Mississippi, November 5, 1942. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Willwernz.
