Description

This color postcard features a lake with a bridge over it and pine trees behind it. The corner of a building can be seen to the left of it. The title in the left corner reads "Picturesque Lake View Park, Hattiesburg, Mississippi." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement. "Free" is handwritten in the space designated for the postage stamp and the card is postmarked Camp Shelby, Mississippi July 23, 1942. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. Newton Hahn in Janeytown, Maryland.
