My dear Mattie:-We arrived at Silver Creek Monday [and] found all well. Mama said I had a letter there from you, she read it [and] laid it away for me [and] put it away so well she never could find it. We were awful glad to get home [and] will stay some time. Joseph goes to Florida next week [and] if he has to spend the winter there we will go later. Robert [and] his wife [and] baby, Clara [and] Shep [and] Aunt Manda went yesterday with us and we had a good time. Robert seems to be doing nicely now. Aunt Am is much better. We are at Prentiss today [and] this is a picture of Nannie's house. Will write you a letter as soon as I get time. I got me a very pretty pin with nice shape Monday he gave me [and] am so proud of it. Papa says he will take official pleasure in all during the [?] Love to all. Write. Yours, Mae. [sic]
