This color postcard features a spherical confederate monument with soldiers depicte at the base of the sphere. The monument stands to the right of a courhouse. The title along the bottom of the card reads "Confederate Monument in Court House Square, Hattiesburg, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides artist and publisher information as well as indication for postage stamp placement.
