Description
This color postcard features a white building with decorative columns attached on all sides. An United States Flag flies on a pole on the roof of the building. The title along the top of the card reads "Post Office, Hattiesburg, Miss.-3" The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card postmarked Hattiesburg, Mississippi October 15, 1929. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Miss Hedwig Troxler in Kenvil, Morris County, New Jersey.

Hattiesburg, Miss. Oct. 15--1929 Dear Hadie:--Had a fine tie down. Met a club member on train and time went quick. Found everybody fine. Children growing fast, and as adorable as ever.--We go to see "Movie" -- "Noah's Ark" today--tomorrow to the circus. All send love. Lama [sic]
