Description
This black and white postcard features a group of storefronts with people standing out front. Signs for " People's Drug Co." and "People's Restaurant" are on the front of two of the stores. The title "Main Street, Leakesville, Miss." is located along the bottom of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Leakesville, Mississippi, February 16, 1925. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mrs. Wm MaGee.

15th Feb. 25, Mrs Wm Magee Haley--last week I sent registered letter and asked you to send my shoes by parcel post. Having heard nothing from you, thought perhaps you did not get my letter if not notify me so I can look it up. Respectfully, E. H. Hyde
