This color postcard features a view of Leaf River, depicting a wooden footbridge over the river and trees and other plants on either side of the river. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Hattiesburg, Mississippi, June 15, 1908. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Miss Nettie Hood in Jackson, Mississippi.
