Description

This black and white postcard features the a tree lined river with the trees reflected in the water. The title along the bottom of the card reads "Leaf River, Looking Up from N. E. R. R. Bridges, Hattiesburg, Miss." The photographer is listed in the bottom left corner. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Hattiesburg, Mississippi, February 22, 1907. The card is addressed to Miss. Edith Smith in Nugent, Mississippi.
