Description

This black and white photograph features a close-up of the entrance steps of the south façade of the new state capitol building, from the left. Six columns decorate the entrance and decorative light fixtures are affixed to the stair walls on either side of the steps leading to the entrance. An arched porte cochure or vehicle entrance with decorative lights on either side is in the brick facade beneath the main entrance. A man wearing a broad rimmed hat is sitting on the platform of the stair walls of the main entrance. The photo is mounted on black paper.
