This black and white drawing depicts the Mississippi State House (the new state capitol building) in the center with the suggestion of tree tops underneath the building. The words "Mississippi State House" are lettered in an arch over the drawing and "1901 Jackson, Miss. 1903" are lettered beneath the drawing. The paper is bordered with two lines along the edges and is mounted on black paper.
