Description

This postcard features a black and white image of the Illinois Central yards looking north in McComb City (now McComb), Mississippi. Railroad cars of various shapes, sizes and styles are lined up in multiple rows. Trees are pictured on either side and a water tower is pictured in the distance. The title of the card is printed in the upper right corner of the card. The back of the card is addressed to Miss Alma Rea in Wesson, Mississippi. The card is postmarked McComb, Mississippi, January 2, 1907 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner.
