Description

This postcard features a color illustration of the McComb City Cotton Mills in McComb Mississippi. The illustration features a large two story building with a tower in the center, a smaller building to the left, freight cars to the right, and a wooden fence in front. The title of the card is printed along the top right of the image and the publisher is printed along the top left. The back of the card is addressed to J. H. Eastman in West Fairlee, Vermont. The card is postmarked twice, McComb Mississippi, March 4, 1908 and West Fairlee, Vermont, March 9, 1908. A green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed sideways in the upper right corner of the card. The inscription written on the left side of the card reads, "Many thanks for card. Call again. Josie Akerholm McComb Miss."
