Description
This postcard features a color illustration of the buildings on either side of Main Street in Natchez, Mississippi. Trees are in the forefront on the left and utility poles line the street at the sidewalk on the right. A horse is depicted as tied to a tree on the left and a horse and wagon are beside the sidewalk on the right. The title of the card is printed in the upper center of the image. The back of the card is addressed to Mr. John Harper in Monroe, Louisiana. The card is postmarked Natchez, Mississippi, October 12, 1908 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner. An inscription is written on the left half of the card. [see transcription field]
