Description
This sepia toned picture postcard features a large naval ship stranded on coastal land as though washed up on shore. People in black pants and coats are pictured walking nearby. The title in the lower left reads "The H-3 and U. S. S. Milwaukee stranded off Eureka, Cal." and photographer and copyright information is in the lower right of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for postage stamp placement.
