Description

This black and white picture postcards features a man dressed in a swimming costume, a staff in one hand and a small swimming float in the other hand. His head is wrapped in cloth. The handwritten title in the upper right of the card reads "One of Father Neptune's Bears, U. S. S. Utah Jan 1921." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement.
