This black and white picture postcard features four men in what appears to be costumes sitting around a table while men in white uniforms pass by behind them. Two of the men at the table are wearing tall top hats. All four men appear to be wearing long wigs. One of the men without a hat is smoking a cigar. The upper right corner of the photo is damaged. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement.
