Description

This black and white picture postcard features a man wearing a life vest over a uniform standing on the deck of a ship while holding on to the handle of the deck's lifeline. Other features of the ship's deck are visible behind him. The title along the bottom of the card reads "A lifeline for safe passage fore and aft." The copyright information is in the lower right corner. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for postage stamp placement.
