Description

This handwritten court document includes statements by the Chancery Court Clerk, H. L. Land stating sworn testimony from the publishers of the Kosciusko Star that an included notice for the sale of land was published in their paper for three consecutive weeks. In a separate statement at the bottom of the page, H. L. Land certifies that he has examined the issues stated by the publishers and finds the published notices to have been correctly made.
