Description

This black and white photograph shows a Mississippi State Highway Department truck and dragline loading scrap and waste inside Crosby Chemical Plant with trees, bushes and brush surrounding the truck and site. "State Highway Dept. Insignia" with an arrow pointing toward truck's open door is written in red over the image. The description of the image and the date the photograph was taken is written in red beneath the image.
