Description

This black and white photograph shows President Franklin D. Roosevelt in an open, early twentieth century open convertible car speaking with writer and broadcaster, Lowell Thomas, who is leaned against the back of the opening of the car with his arms propped across the top of the car and his head resting on his wrists. Thomas is wearing light colored clothing and Roosevelt is wearing a white coat and dark necktie with a white shirt and round, wire-rimmed eyeglasses. An open field is pictured behind them.
