Description

This black and white photograph shows Doug Shanks speaking with a small group of people at an even where he is campaigning for mayor of Jackson, Mississippi. Shanks, in a light gray suit, is turned toward a man in a dark suit while his wife, to the right, and a woman in a dark dress, to the left, observe. Signs for his campaign are seen on the wall behind the group.
