Description

In this black and white photograph, Jackson Mayoral candidate, Doug Shanks, is pictured smiling while an unidentified man is speaking to him while holding a cup. Shanks, pictured wearing a light gray pin-striped suit with dark necktie and white shirt, has one hand in his pants pocket and his holding something in his other hand. The man speaking with him is wearing a white shirt and dark pants. An ink pen is in the man's shirt pocket. Other people are pictured behind the two men.
