Description

In this black and white photograph, Jackson Mayoral candidate, Doug Shanks, is pictured speaking with an unidentified man. Shanks, pictured wearing a light gray pin-striped suit with dark necktie and white shirt, is facing the man. The man speaking with him is wearing a white shirt and holding a cup and cigarette. An ink pen is in the man's shirt pocket. Other people are pictured behind the two men.
