Description

In this black and white photograph, Jackson, Mississippi mayoral candidate, Doug Shanks, is shown speaking with a reporter. Shanks, wearing a light gray pin-striped suit and dark necktie has one hand raised while he speaks. A man in a dark suit and necktie is pictured standing to the left of Shanks and the side of peoples' heads are seen on the left edge of the image with a hand holding a JDX microphone is pictured pointing toward Shanks.
