Description
This black and white photograph shows Mississippi Congressional candidate, Liles Williams speaking from behind a podium at an even where he is campaigning for Mississippi's 4th congressional district during a special election in 1981. A crowd of people, including cameramen and photographers, are gathered around in front of Williams and campaign signs are visible on the wall behind him.
