Description

In this letter, dated March 6, 1948, William D. McCain, the director of the Mississippi Department of Archives and History writes to Eunice J. Stockwell to thank her for sending the materials with her most recent letter and explains that the 1930 census is available on microfilm at the archives. He goes on to express his hope to soon have a better microfilm reader to enhance the readability of the film. The letter is typed on Department of Archives and History State of Mississippi letterhead.
