This article reflects on the shutdown of The Reflector two years prior. The author explains how the Mississippi State University Student Senate voted to shut the newspaper down and had the editor, Foots Thurman, removed from office. It details some of the reasons for shut down and comments on whether those issues are still a problem presently.
