Description

In this article, student Richard Briscoe is forced to close his tamale stand that he opened on the side of Highway 12 in Starkville, Mississippi. A sanitarian with Oktibbeha County Health Department, Albert K. Monroe, explains the reasoning for the closure and the violations that Briscoe's stand made. A photograph of Briscoe is included with the article.
