Fighting Shadows: Shedding Light on Academic Bullying, Empowering Reflection, and Igniting Courage

Abstract
In sharing my story of workplace bullying, I hope to help others. I hope readers who were victims in the past or present recognize that workplace bullying is not okay and advocate for change. I also pray that perpetrators will take ownership of the harm their actions have had on their victims and begin their journeys of changing their beliefs, words, and actions—thus preventing potential targets from being victimized. I have carefully woven reflections throughout my story to instill in the minds of the readers how to be proactive in these situations.
