Description
The medal's obverse design features a portrait of Patrick Henry, an American orator and attorney who famously proclaimed, "Give me liberty or give me death!" Henry's proper right hand is raised and his index finger is extended. He wears a set of glasses on his forehead. On the medal's reverse, Henry is shown on horseback. A group of five soldiers holding various weapons stand in front of him.
