This sepia toned photograph is of an unidentified man who is pictured seated in an ornate chair and wearing a dark suit, vest, and tie with a white shirt. The photograph was found tipped in between pages 342-343 of volume nine of Abraham Lincoln : A History by John G. Nicolay and John Hay.
