Jesse Head and Jane Ramsey Head, his wife, in Spring Hill cemetery, Harrodsburg, Kentucky, Thursday, November 2, 1922." This address was in memorial of "The Man Who Married Lincoln's Parents". The cover of the pamphlet includes the pamphlet's title and name of the author, both of which are framed by decorative lines running across the cover.
