1- The military base closure process will soon begin when the Defense Department will make recommendations on which bases to close. What are your feelings today about the prospects for Columbus Air Force Base and Meridian Naval Air Station?; 2- It has been a week since the new leadership took over in Congress. A lot was done on the first day of the session. What is your assessment so far and what do you think of items in their contract with America, such as Balanced Budget Amendment, line item veto, and welfare reform.
