Description

1- Negotiations continue between conservative Democrats, Republicans and the White House on a balanced budget plan. There is some optimism, some pessimism. What do you think about the prospects?; 2- Earlier this year, Congress passed a welfare reform bill, but it was vetoed by President Clinton. There is bipartisan agreement on the need for action on this issue, however. Will there be another effort this year?; 3- What do you think are the chances for capital gains tax cut this year?
