PAGE ONE: Lawrenceville 1831 Dear Judge By a circumspect [[?]] I got Alexander to borrow money enough to pay for Lavinia and [[?]] [[?]] from him $360. Which I will send by [[?]] on his way to Athens. I made Alexander a bill of sale according to your [[?]]. Alexander requets now to say that he wants George has not the money to pay for him but will pay interest from this date & pay the whole within the current year.
