Description
This handwritten letter, dated April 15, 1945, is written from W. N. (William Neill) Bogan, Jr. where he is stationed in Germany to his parents, W. N., Sr. and Catherine F. Bogan, in West Point, Mississippi. The letter jokes about how one of the fellows has taken up playing the violin and how he's to blame for any errors in the letter. The letter goes on to describe what he's been doing and what the weather is like. The letter is signed "All my love, Buddy." The War and Navy Departments V-Mail Service envelope is postmarked U. S. Postal Service, No. 3, April 24, 1945.
